Nancy was a true professional and led the group to a great feast with a birthday party! She is very informative and can appeal to the advances or beginner Foodie. I highly recommend her for any event.
Nancy is an excellent chef. She was responsive, flexible and creative in working with me to come up with a wonderful menu for a group with wide-ranging food likes and dislikes. The end result was wonderful and so delicious. Everything was displayed beautifully. Even our pickiest eaters were pleased. Thank you Nancy for helping to make our event extra special. P.S. Best cheesecake crust I've ever had. And the hummus was out of this world.

He was impressed with the information (which says a lot since he's a chef who has been working in the health food field for some time now, and experimenting himself with cultured foods). And I wanted to tell you again how much I enjoyed the food you prepared for us at Mark's B&B this summer. What a feast, at every meal. Truly inspirational.
